WHO Am I?

Hiii!

Hi. I’m Paula.

I didn’t wake up one day magically detached. I unlearned it. I unlearned the conditioning that taught me my value was tied to being chosen, desired, partnered, or approved of. That voice in your mind, body, and nervous system that whispers, “you need a partner or you’re not enough,” isn’t intuition. It’s conditioning. And it runs deep.

I spent years believing love, attention, and male validation were proof of my worth. I learned how to be desirable, accommodating, understanding, and self-sacrificing long before I learned how to honor my own needs. I was taught to prioritize connection over self-connection, to center relationships before centering myself, and to measure my value through someone else’s desire. And in doing that, I slowly disappeared.

So I did the work. I spent years observing, researching, healing, and doing the uncomfortable inner work required to stop chasing, over-attaching, people pleasing, and outsourcing my worth to romantic validation. I learned that when women are taught to center men, they lose themselves. And when you lose yourself, anyone can consume you. Men are not the prize. They’ve simply been placed at the center of the world by a system that benefits from women forgetting their power.

Through discipline, embodiment, emotional regulation, and radical self-trust, I learned how to become the center of my own life without becoming hardened, bitter, or disconnected. I rebuilt my relationship with my body, my mind, my nervous system, my boundaries, and my desires. I stopped living in survival mode and started living in alignment.

Today, I teach women how to do the same.

My work blends mind and body because true transformation doesn’t happen in isolation. Your habits, self-image, boundaries, relationships, and physical health are all connected. When you strengthen one, everything else follows.

Everything I share comes from lived experience, pattern recognition, and relentless inner work not theory.

This space exists for women who are ready to stop abandoning themselves, reclaim their power, and build lives rooted in self-respect, strength, and sovereignty.
